Post-renovation

We charge by the square footage for post-renovation projects.  Our price is $0.15 (fifteen cents) per square foot (except properties with less than a total of 650 square feet- call for more information). When calling or emailing for an estimate, please provide the total area (in square feet) that you need cleaned.  Our cleaners are equipped with their own cleaning supplies. 

What our cleaning includes:
Bedrooms
· Dust and clean interior windows, and doors
· Clean ceiling fans
· Vacuum or sweep and mop floor
Bathrooms
· Clean and sanitize shower/tub and Jacuzzi
· Clean and sanitize/polish sink, toilet, mirrors, door, exterior cabinets, ceramic tiles, and extractor fans
· Sweep and mop floor
Living room/family room
· Dust baseboards, walls and doors
· Clean mirrors and interior windows
· Vacuum, sweep and mop
Dining room
· Dust baseboards, walls and doors
· Clean mirrors and interior windows
· Vacuum, sweep and mop
Kitchen/Pantry
· Dust and clean doors, exterior cabinets, counters, range tops, exterior microwaves, sink
· Clean EXTERIOR of refrigerator, stove and oven
· Sweep and mop

Please note
· It is required that the project is COMPLETELY finished prior to the scheduled appointment(s) with us.   We will refuse our service if there are any contractors or other crews present at the site.  This will ensure that our cleaners are at ease to perform their service and avoid re-cleaning areas where contractors are simultaneously working.
· We only clean the interior of the property, not exterior. 
· Excessive or heavy glue/paint stains will not be removed.
· Hard to reach (or possibly harmful) places or areas will not be cleaned.
· Cleaning of furniture, appliances, tables, chairs and such, will NOT be dusted/clean.  We strongly recommend for the home to be empty.
· Cleaning stairways require additional fees.
· Cleaning the interior of refrigerators, ovens, stoves, and cabinets require supplementary charges.
· Garages are not included (there is an extra fee if you require the garage to be cleaned from the inside only).
· Project must be less than 4,000 square feet (we do not service larger projects at this time).
· Please keep in mind to allow at least 2 dates for the cleaning job incase the service is not finished on the first day.
