Move In/Out Cleaning

 
It is highly recommended for the home to be completely vacant at the time of the cleaning.  This will ensure the cleaning team is at ease to successfully complete the cleaning.  The appointment could be suspended if movers or other crews are present at the time of the scheduled cleaning.

As this is a move-in/out cleaning, please note that cleaning the interior of kitchen cabinets, stove/oven, and refrigerator require additional fees.  The cleaning of exterior stairwells and window blinds also require supplementary charges.  Please check below for the additional fees and pricing.
The cleaning team includes a crew of 2-3 cleaners with their own cleaning equipment and supplies.  Here is a list of what is included in the quote:
 
Bedrooms
 
· Dust and clean baseboards, interior windows, closets and doors
 
· Clean ceiling fans
 
· Vacuum or sweep and mop floor
  
Bathrooms
 
· Clean and sanitize shower/tub and Jacuzzi
 
· Clean and sanitize/polish sink, toilet, mirrors, door, exterior cabinets, ceramic tiles, and  extractor fans
 
· Sweep and mop floor
 
 
Living Room/Family Room/Dining Room 
· Dust and clean baseboards, mirrors, light fixtures (if reachable) and interior windows
 
· Vacuum, sweep and mop
    
Kitchen 
· Dust and clean doors, exterior cabinets, counters, range tops, microwaves, sink
 
· Clean EXTERIOR of refrigerator, stove and oven
 
· Sweep and mop

 · Throw away garbage

Additional Fees
· Cleaning stairways that are NOT inside the home- $15
· Damp wiping blinds- $7 per window
· Cleaning balcony/terrace/patio/interior or exterior porches/exterior platforms- $15
Kitchen Deep Clean bundle- $70 (for all 3)
· Interior cleaning of cabinets (must be empty)- $30*
· Interior cleaning of refrigerator (must be empty)- $30*
· Interior cleaning of stove/oven- $30*
* Standard fee if requested without the Kitchen Deep Clean bundle

Miscellaneous Information 
What is NOT Included
· Moving heavy furniture and/or appliances
· Cleaning inside closets (we do not want to move/touch your personal items)
· Washing dishes
· Washing/scrubbing walls
· Cleaning shelf liners
· Laundry services
· Ironing clothes
· Cleaning pet areas or taking care of pets such as feeding and cleansing (we are pet friendly though)
· Doing any other errands
     

The cleaning team is equipped with their own cleaning supplies and gladly use your supplies upon request.  Payment is due at the time of the cleaning and given to the cleaning team (or left at a specific place of your choice if not present).  Cash and checks made payable to MAYE's Cleaning Service are gladly accepted.  Credit card payments are also accepted, but only online.  Please visit our Payments page for more information.
