Cancellation Policy

We reserve time for your cleaning. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, a 48-hour notice is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for your cleaning team. We are closed on weekends, so Monday scheduled appointments must be cancelled no later than the Thursday prior to appointment. Failure to cancel/reschedule on time will result in a cancellation fee added to next appointment. Simply contact us via text message or email when requesting a cancellation or need to reschedule. 

LOCK-OUTS/NO SHOWS
If cleaning team is unable to start service because:

- being locked-out
- client fails to show up on time
- the safety of the team is a risk, if your pet is showing signs of aggressiveness towards them.
- unsafe walkway or driveways preventing them to enter safely

The appointment will be cancelled, and subject to a cancellation fee added to next appointment. To avoid lock-outs/no shows, take advantage of our free keyholding option.

The cancellation fee is based on the total quote for the scheduled appointment.
